History of Filateli

Filateli came from "philos" and "ateleia". Philos means friend, ateleia means free from the obligation to pay. Literally, filateli can meant "hobby of collecting stamps, and the other postal items". Filateli in the good grace by children, teenager, adult and mature. Therefore Filateli is known a king of hobby.

In addition, even some of the famous people in the world, eg: King George V (England), Roosevelet (USA), King Alfonso XIII (Spain), King Fuad (Egypt) and Queen Marie (Rumania) love collecting stamps. And then Filateli is well known as a hobby of king.
